CARPENTRY CREW
Full Time • Burlington
We have clean, outdoor carpentry projects now in residential backyards west and north of Boston -- like Lexington, Newton, Sudbury, Arlington, Woburn, Natick, Beverly, etc. We pay our sub-contract carpenters by the job, and our pay is based on $66 per man-hour. We pay promptly and will pay you interim payments, based on your progress.
We prepare the jobsite before you arrive -- our support team has already done any demo, installed the footings, stacked the materials on saw horses, and positioned the portable toilet. So you can start carpentry right away.
Our residential construction company is growing, and we have openings for an experienced, senior, 2 or 3-person carpentry crew.
You will:
► Build decks, porches, and sunrooms from detailed Structural Drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings -- under the guidance of our Production Manager.
► We interact with the homeowners and with the Building Inspectors, so you can concentrate on carpentry.
► Every job has a portable toilet and lumber already delivered on site, so you can be productive.
You should:
► Have at least 8 years experience in framing, interior and exterior trim, roofing, and siding.
► You must be able to read and follow detailed structural drawings,
► Have a good work ethic,
► Be reliable and drug-free,
► Present a clean, professional appearance.
► Have your own tools, truck, and insurance.
